“I found Tania through Google reviews, and after initially reaching out to a few people, I felt Tania would be the best fit for me. It was like I could feel her warmth before we even met in person. At the time I was struggling with several challenges including grief, anger, low self-confidence and imposter syndrome. These things can happen to everyone, and it felt like they were happening to me all at once. Tania can offer many different routes to bring equilibrium back into your life. Over our sessions, we tried a few methods and I got different results every time, but underlying it all I was nudging towards a better future for myself. My goal was quite simple; to take my dog for a walk and really enjoy it. I wanted to walk around with my head held high, engaging with the world and feeling lighter. Sounds simple, but it felt quite out of reach. Getting to that point has certainly been a journey, but through Tania's help, I've been able to achieve what I set out to do.
