“Visited the Runnymede hospital mainly for physio. My allocated physiotherapist was Joseph who has been amazing. He really listened to me throughout my visits and adjusted my exercises to match my many varied needs. He’s clearly very knowledgeable, in addition to exercises he also told my about shockwave therapy which is a noninvasive therapy (much better than blanket steroid injections typically offered by other therapists for pain management) and promotes actual healing. If I ever needed physiotherapy again I wouldn’t hesitate to book an appointment with Joseph. Thank you so much for everything!”

“Wow, wow, wow! I recently had the pleasure of boarding my Otterhound, Otti, at Weyfarm Boarding Kennels, Ottershaw, Chertsey, and I can’t express how thrilled I am with the experience! Initially, I was quite anxious about leaving him for two weeks, especially since I usually entrust his care to his original breeder. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to find a new place, but my worries quickly vanished once I found this gem. From the outset, the booking process was seamless. I appreciated being able to upload Otti's medical information and confirm his kennel cough vaccination, which made me feel more secure about his stay. I was genuinely nervous about leaving him without any prior trial run, but my concerns were unfounded. Upon arrival, I was impressed by how secure and well-managed the facility is. The staff were professional and willing to answer any questions I had, putting my mind at ease. Dropping Otti off was a breeze, and the entire process was remarkably smooth. Today, when I picked him up, I was greeted warmly and the check-out process was just as easy as check-in. To my delight, Otti was back in my arms within minutes! It was clear to me that he’d been well cared for and treated amazingly during his stay. I’m so grateful to have found a boarding place that prioritises quality and truly cares for the dogs entrusted to them. I’m already looking forward to booking again for next year! “Excellent nursery! Surprised I’m the first to review on Google as it’s a large nursery with a huge grounds and well established. Excellent value, facilities, very accommodating, staff are of a high standard and communication for such a large place is very good. They have been excellent over the pandemic also, not charging while the kids weren’t able to go. We paid the same amount for a tiny nursery in Ealing and just can’t believe how much more Rainbow has to offer.”

I was only there for 4 nights but was amazed at how hard they work and how kind they are to the patients. i was quite nervous to be staying overnight as it’s my first time ever being in hospital for myself and you all played a part in making me feel safe and calm. thank you again!”

“My kid loves going here and looks forward to this so eagerly. The staff are great, kind, patient and professional. He completely fell in love with the million dreams song from the greatest showman once they taught that song to him. He dances well and by nature he loves doing performances. He loves rocking his yellow stagecoach shirt. I would highly recommend this to any kid who is interested in arts. A nice way to motivate, encourage and nurture their talent.”
