Deputy manager Matt was brilliant with my son, being very patient with him telling a story and then when we dropped one of our items on the way out of the shop he ran after us in the car park to give us a new unbroken one. 5 star customer service and a reminder of the kindness in the world :)”

“I can honestly say that our fur babueschad the time of thrte life with Ronnie and all the other dogs and pups!! I was in hospital for over 2 weeks and Ronnie kindly fitted them in . She came to our house red them, let out into our garden firca play, then walked them to her house to make nea friends, which they did! The reassurance that they were happy and cared for was such a relief. Ronnie has a heart of gold and loves what she does. I will definitely leave my babies with Pets be Happy anytime”

“We found little rascals on Google as did not want to return to any other groomer we had used for our little yorkie charlie. Today we took him along. We talked about the way in which we liked him cut the groomer was lovely and took on board everything we said. We were told about 1.5 hours and he would be ready. Wow I went back to collect him and was so pleased with his cut. His nails got cut too his ears cleaned all part of the great service ... I won't be looking for any other groomer now we have this one. . Thank you miklaw”

“Took my Maltese puppy for a full groom and spa treatment! He looks and smells fabulous! A great job was done! I am very picky and not easy to please! Great products were used and my little nervous puppy came out with his tail wagging and looking super cute! I got stopped by 3 people complementing my puppy between the salon and my car!
