“Our daughter currently attends the nursery (Feb 2019) and has been for 6 months now. She is very happy. The nursery stimulate her with a range of activities and she particularly enjoys messy activities and the sport coaches that come in on a weekly basis. The nursery holds events for parents / family members to attend e.g. an afternoon to celebrate grandparents which gives a really personal feel. I can not fault the staff - the ladies who look after her are caring and work really hard to create an engaging, fun environment for the children and truly care about them and their needs. They have taken the time to really get to know my child- her personality, likes, dislikes etc. Management have a clear vision for the nursery to further improve it and I have no doubt that they will. They take time and effort to gather parent views and are passionate about making the nursery the best it can be.”

Every single staff member I encountered was interested in one thing alone - the wellbeing of the children. There is a beautiful, positive atmosphere when you walk in, nothing but smiles and kind, warm, friendly staff and fantastic teachers that make the children feel loved and safe. The managers are empowering and approachable, strong leadership is evident and staff morale is high. The food is divine..nutritious and healthy. The children often ask for seconds. “The process of settling our child was amazing. He settled immediately into the setting and the teachers took his needs as a foremost consideration. The teachers he has had in the past 9 months have been outstanding and the care he has received has been as close to what we as parents would give. The meals offered are simply amazing! He loves the variety offered to him and has never complained once about it. The management is very flexible and accommodating to parents in terms of extra days, time off, etc. The extra curricular programs provided are so fun filled and my son enjoys every bit of it! “Malina is passionate about giving kids the best start. Our son progressed a lot after being in her care. Due to the small group size, he was able to get more individual attention. Malina is caring and quite motherly so I felt satisfied whenever I left him with her. Her setting has a homely feel so he settled quickly and looked forward to going to there because he felt comfortable. If we didn't move abroad, he would still be at Pollywogs.”

“My son went to Jigsaw nursery in Hatch end and he was very well looked after by Larissa, his key worker, and was more than ready for primary school when he left. Minal was also wonderful as she went above and beyond when she taught my son phonics, reading and counting - she was brilliant. The pastoral care at the nursery was outstanding due to the all the staff and the management team run by Susan. Highly recommend.”
