We were drawn in by Acra's excellent reviews, but moreso our interactions with Cosmin who was so polite, respectful and understanding when a lot of companies either don't get back to you or dismiss you as they're too busy. Especially as we were contacting Acra potentially 6+ months earlier than when we thought we could afford the work. Cosmin and his team did a brilliant job taking off the paint, and subsequently re-pointing the front and replacing any bad bricks for us. It was such a positive experience for us - they always turned up on time and got the work done very quickly.
