“I am a member of Golds Gym in Dagenham and have been so for a number of years. In 2021, I had a back operation and looked for a Gym to attend. This particular gym has truly benefited me, with excellent personal trainers, very friendly and helpful staff and incredible facilities for the membership My current trainer has worked tirelessly to help improve muscle strength and my flexibility. He has not only pushes me but encourages me to go that extra distance. I am so grateful for the support I have received and recommend the gym and the personal trainers”

“Really friendly staff all around, from in the gym to the receptions to life guards. Facilities have always been clean and car park is usually full when I go, however there are always people coming in and out, I find usually on the hr is when spaces open up, at 11 at 12 at 1 etc.”
