“Gave these a ring after my LG OLED stopped working. They came and collected the TV a few days later and returned it 10 days after that. A much better service than I was getting from LG who has no interest in providing any after sale service. TV is working perfectly again. 2 great guys collected the TV. Very polite and knowledgeable. When they returned the TV one of them explained the fault and why they carried out the type of repair they did. I was very happy with the price I was quoted and that price never changed. Great service, highly recommended.”

She was so helpful, looked up the part, checked it had arrived and booked a swift repair date. Excellent service!! She was so pleasant and helpful after a long wait and not much help from the switchboard. “Ive now used this shop twice and he does not fail! I took an iPhone 11 to the Apple store who initially quoted £69 to replace the battery, after they opened it they quoted me £370 as they claimed it had water damage! I took it to I.Q who quoted me £45 and he did not mention any water damage, it took 30 minutes and the phone works fine, I highly recommend him!”
