“We always use the Robert Dyas DHL service point in Bromley BR1. The shop assistant was so helpful I was actually blown away! Usually we are left to just guess the box size and pack it. This particular shop assistant looked at our items, judged the size we needed, he then went on to help us pack the box, holding it up for us. He was so polite and so helpful I was really taken back. It's hard to find this type of help in shops nowadays. I use to work in sales 16-17 years ago and I used to treat my customers like this. I wish I knew his name to quote! “Moving contents from flat to house. Service perfect from start to finish, Fernando was easy to deal with, gave us a fantastic price, had to deal with a date change which was handled with no fuss. The team arrived promptly with a phone call 20 mins prior, fast, efficient and took all the stress out of the process. Finally got the keys at 3pm - everything was set up exactly where we wanted, handled with care. A couple of larger items had to be disassembled and reassembled. Would 100% recommend them to friends and family.”
