He wasn’t a pushy salesman which I appreciated. He understood that I wanted the room to look good but also be practical, and he worked perfectly within that. Iby kept me updated all the way through and even helped expedite the delivery. The delivery team were also great — friendly, efficient, and got everything safely up to the first floor. The charter pack was a real help when it came to fitting. The after-sales team were equally good and helped me resolve a small issue quickly and without any hassle. Overall, recommended.”

Rizwan noticed and kindly took the time to talk me through the menu, offering thoughtful suggestions based on what I enjoy. His patience and knowledge made the decision so much easier and I am so glad I listened to him. The pizza he recommended was outstanding. The crust was perfectly cooked, the toppings were fresh and full of flavour, and the sauce was rich and delicious. Every bite showed the care and attention that went into preparing it. Rizwan’s professionalism, warmth and genuine care for customers truly made the visit memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my choice and the result was one of the best pizzas I have had in a long time. Papa John’s Archway is lucky to have him and I will certainly be returning.”
