“Asalaaam aleykum Alhamdulillah Allah guided me to Kalimah tours. The service was excellent right from the go from handing our paperwork, to the hotels, the couch transfers, the constant updates via whatsup, the ziyara ect was brilliantly done. Our group leader Feisal was exceptional, professional, very caring and reassuring. He constantly inqured whether we were alright from the start of the journey at the airport, during the jamarats,the ziyara until we left for our return journey. He was polite enough to say goodbye. I will keep him and his family constantly in my duas may Allah grant him Janathul Firdous Ameen. The other brothers that were equally excellent were Zahin and Fahim(Zakariya) always smiling, ready to help with any inquiries, very informative with the ziyaras.
