“Our experience at Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch Hotel and Spa was amazing! Our room was of their new ones which was beautifully made, it had all the essentials you would require for your stay, and our beds were very comfortable. My husband, daughter and I had booked in for the Ishga massages at their spa and the masseurs were truly skilled. My masseur, Joy, was great and asked what type of pressure I liked and she was very talented. I was completely relaxed and refreshed at the end of it. “I have completed a Reflexology Level 3 qualification and thoroughly enjoyed it. The training is of a high standard, the tutor, Rachel Gasson was fantastic and very knowledgeable on the subject. She was always on hand for questions and helpful to everyone. It's really well organised at Reynolds, the lovely Paige on reception always makes you feel welcome. I have now started a Sports Massage course with Nikki and Natalie who are also great trainers. I'm 50 years old and was nervous about trying something new and studying again but they have made if really enjoyable and relaxed.”
