“I had Georgia for my third treatment, she was very kind and friendly and instantly made me feel welcome. I like to chat during my sessions and she created a really comfortable environment. I noticed she even slid in and out of the doorway careful to keep the door shut as much as possible for my privacy even though there was no one sat outside. It really made me feel like it was a safe and calming place to be. She also offered to book in my next sessions but wasn’t pushy when I said I wanted to wait until payday- I really appreciated that and will definitely remember her excellent customer service!”

The nail technicians always advise what they think is best, and it’s our go to spot to give ourselves a little treat! “I got my nails done Friday and asked for a metallic silver tip. I was warned it may peel off as it was for nail designs rather than tips. I took the chance and it did peel off (my fault!) anyway I came back Monday and they redid my nails for FREE even though I tried to pay. So nice of them as it was my own stupid decision! 10/10 - my new regular”
