“Was told by insurance company to find garage in my area to take care of repairs. After searching internet most of evening found Dartford panel and paint. Reviews fantastic and noted they even do restoration on vehicles. When I went in to reception wondering how to explain need repair done and deal with insurance company which were hard work to say the least. Was told not to worry we will deal with it. Family business with mum,dad and son.They exceeded my expectations with how helpfull they were and got call to say car ready to collect. “My boy Bertie is a lockdown kitten and sadly due to the lack of socialisation with other people (other than me) when he was very young due to the restrictions in place at the time he is therefore extremely attached to me and me alone, and can be difficult to interact with. Despite this, I have no hesitation in leaving Bertie in the very capable hands of Karon and Molly at Meow Manor. Bertie is clearly very content at Meow Manor and I am regularly updated with photos and videos of Bertie relaxing or playing with the toys Karon and Molly kindly provide. I know that he definitely enjoys his time at Meow Manor as I struggle to get him back in his carrier when its time to collect him (he prefers to jump up to the top shelf and lay down looking at me like the cheeky boy he is!). I have used this cattery many times now and would recommend it to anyone!”

“Steve and Ben were amazing, we called them up because our boiler was playing up. We had no hot water. Came quickly gave us a fair price quote and started the work Thursday. They changed several components heat exchanger which got ruined by bad sludge water from old rads. Fitted new pump as well and a new valve. They recommended a system flush after seeing all the sludge build up ect.. and completed the job that day, they worked hard and were very knowledgeable. All problems solved and we're back in business. Would definitely recommend, use again. Thanks Steve and Ben, very happy.”

“My kitten stayed here in December, his first time in a cattery. I was a very anxious cat mummy as Dylan is a rescue. I cannot praise this establishment enough. Not only did they post pictures and videos on their fb page . But they told me I could email if I was concerned. They replied promptly to all my emails and constantly reassured me . I had one very calm ,happy kitty when I returned from my holiday . So much so that I've booked him in for our holiday in July . The staff are so caring and so passionate about what they do , that no matter how anxious I feel about leaving my fur baby , I have every confidence that they will give him the same care and love as if he was their own and if I have a wobble they won't delay in letting me know that he is happy and ok . They even let me come and look round and meet the staff before his first stay . 10/10 on every aspect of my Dillsy's stay”
