“I haven’t looked back since I joined Forever. Richard is a genius. His teaching is excellent, second to none, it’s so absorbing, extensive and endless such as technique, balance, character of dance, turns, swivels, spirals, leading, following, the hold , posture, count, timing , hip rotation pendulum action, swing, sway , foot positioning etc covering the wide array of Latin American and Ballroom dances in International style.I am totally engrossed. It’s of immense value to me. My friends and family have all commented that I have grown from strength to strength as a dancer in relatively short time 9 months and leaps and bounds compared to other places. Together with Jeni, I have all angles covered. Both are really attentive to the students in private classes and group classes to make sure we get it right, never taking their eyes off the ball, they don’t miss a thing. It’s quite exceptional how they focus on men and women in equal measure. One revelation to me is learning how to dance beautifully with anyone of any experience or standard , whether an absolute beginner or an advance professional dancer. . The Gala, Cabaret and Medal Nights are so slick, setting, choreography, lighting, photography. It’s so exciting to take part. One of the benefits of dancing, I find, is emotional and mental well-being which positively impacts all other areas of my life and which no medication can prescribe without serious side effects. The only serious side effect of this is becoming a FABULOUS DANCER.I am thrilled for myself that I am at Forever.”

“Had a private group lesson with my partner and his parents! They were so nervous because it was their first time doing any sort of dance class. Alex made everyone so comfortable and taught the class in the most engaging and warm way. I would 10/10 recommend her for any one who’s looking to introduce a little dance into their lives in a fun and engaging way ”

“Our two boys are thriving at Dolphin Swim School. Our eldest started by joining the crash course and has progressed quickly. Annie and her team are so focussed on the children and do everything they can to progress them. A really lovely environment for the kids and parents!! Couldn’t recommend this swim school enough, as well as learning the boys have lots of fun to !!”

“This school is nothing short of MAGICAL. Our daughter started only a year ago as a dancer. Now she is developing skills in all areas of the performing arts, to allow her better job opportunities in the future. She says it is her safe space to be able to explore and grow in all her new areas. Susi Earnsahw's is more than just performing. It saved my daughter's life and changed our whole family's life. Never did we think our daughter would "want" to go to school. It is the most supportive and nurturing environment, which we will be forever grateful for. Now for a shocking piece of information... our creative dancer loves her... academic teachers as well as her vocational ones... She is encouraged, understood and praised for her efforts... this is the environment she needs to thrive in. We do not know how we will be able to thank Susi Earnshaw's Theatre School and all the gifted members of staff.”

“My child is about to leave East Barnet Bright Horizons and head off to school! And I’m so sad to have to leave we have both had the best experience at this nursery. We have been there since baby room all the way to preschool and every single staff member has cherished my little one and helped them to strive to the best of his abilities! “Contrary to other reviews, this is a good and supportive school with well educated staff and teachers. They are also not extremely strict like other schools which allows students here to form their identities without being stripped of their personal Liberty and freedom of self expression (like some other schools). Multicultural and diverse, you have students from all sorts of different backgrounds which enables you to mingle and form relationships with people from cultures all across the world. The education system is supportive. Staff is supportive. Cantine food is mediocre. I don’t know how things have changed from when I left 5 years ago, but from the time I was here, I enjoyed my secondary school experience. Other schools have it a lot worse, at friern Barnet you were enabled to be educated while not being autonomously ruled.”

“I have been attending Angie's Line Dance class and Latin class for approximately 15 years. Angie is dedicated to her classes, she teaches at a steady pace and she is very patient! The classes are very friendly and I have made many friends throughout the years. I very much look forward to the Social evenings which are so enjoyable and are an ideal opportunity to meet dancers from other classes. I look forward to many more years' dancing with Angie.”

“This school is really good, in recognising kids talents and pointing faults or obstacles ( many parents don't accept -ve comments sorry). Every kid is special in some form but all schools recognise what they wanted but QE boys extends it to pointing us towards their gaps, which helps your kid if you fill it, if you ignore you will face it and if you oppose/offend it becomes reason of your failure. I am sure this school definitely makes my diamond shine somewhere some day by polishing his faults.”

“My daughter is about to start in Year 7 and so far we have nothing but positive feelings about the school. I'm posting this now since I want to start seeing the reviews get turned around so that the efforts of the school under the new Head, Mrs Richardson, can be publicly acknowledged. Clearly the school has had a ropey past as a different school with a different Head but from what I can tell, it is a new start for Mount House and the school is on the 'up'. If that's not the case, I'll update my review once my daughter has started and I can review from 'the inside'.”

“This is an amazing little Primary school in East Barnet. Only one class per year so everyone knows everyone. It feels like a big family and the kids are very well looked after. My son has been there for four years now and loves the school, the staff, his teachers and the school meals which are very healthy. Very happy and highly recommend this school.”
