“We had our first visit with our new puppy, Clootie, and were really impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience very positive. The vet gave Clootie a thorough check-up and provided clear advice on vaccinations, flea and worming treatments. We appreciated the information on pet insurance — it’s a challenging area to navigate, so the temporary Pet Plan cover was a helpful way to give us time to research other options.
