“Had a really good experience with Olsi after having my hair get increasingly blonde, damaged, and flat by another local salon when I was actually trying to go back towards my natural, slightly darker colour, so I decided to try here based upon their reviews. He took time to talk me through the highlights I wanted, using a colour chart and ensuring I understood the result and agreed the approach, and didn't feel like part of a production-line high volume generic salon. The result is better than I hoped for and I will definitely be back as Olsi is a true professional and clearly understands not just the immediate outcome but how it will change over the coming weeks. “I’ve been a member since just before Covid and this place kickstarted my love of fitness, to the extent that I’ve now become a qualified instructor myself. I started off with Nancy’s classes and found her so professional- greeting every new participant and learning their name so that you always felt welcomed. I loved her fun approach and inclusivity. Sadly work means I can only do her classes in the school holidays now, but when I do, I leave pump and dance fit on a Thursday morning with a well-needed injection of joy!”

“I came across Sandy’s work on Instagram, and although I don’t live very close, I was sold! Sandy really listened to what I wanted, and very carefully analysed my face and advised me on some beneficial treatments. She was the loveliest person ever and has very friendly staff and a clean and cosy place. Sandy offers a variety of services all very fairly priced and worth the quality. I am so happy with my lips and how they look. She was very reassuring and careful and talked me through everything. I am a very happy client and I will definitely be returning for other treatments. Could not recommend Sandy enough! There is some parking outside which is not for free and also a Sainsbury’s for shoppers.”

“I’ve been going to Sahar for my brows and lashes for a couple of years now. I took a break when I moved away and my brows/lashes didn’t last as long or look anywhere near as good as when Sahar does them. She is very friendly and knowledgable. I always leave really happy. I would 100% recommend.”

I got them done before holiday and only 1 feel out while I was away! Amazing! “I have been a customer at Beauty on the Outside for nearly 10 years, so there was no question of who I would choose to have 'prep' me for my wedding day. The team were amazing, closing the salon for an afternoon, giving me and my bridal party a private space to hang out together and have amazing treatments. They also worked with Libboards to have a food spread set out for us to sustain us for the afternoon - making it very fuss free for me. I am an indecisive person, especially when presented with nail colours (lifes hardest decision), add in that these are my wedding nails and I was stumped. Ilona listened to what I wanted and was able to suggest the perfect nail (which lasted several weeks post wedding as well). The salon is a relaxing environment and the team leave you feeling beautiful and positive about yourself. It was the perfect start to the wedding weekend and I couldn't reccomend the salon highly enough for any of your beauty needs.”

Bikini waxes are never the most comfortable experience but it was the fastest wax I've ever had, without compromising the end result. “What a wonderful nail salon! My friend introduced me to this gem of a place a while ago and I’ve never looked back. The staff are really friendly and so accommodating. I’ve had pedicures, biab, acrylics and shellac manicures. Each time I go they take such care to give me what I asked for. Tina is amazing and the lady who does my pedicure is so thorough. Truly recommend this salon and the interior is so nice and clean. They make you feel welcomed and I will not be going to any other salon! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a salon that does it all. All I have to do is show them a picture of what I want and they recreate it perfectly if not better each time! Thanks guys x”

Out of the many places I’ve been to across south west London, this place definitely tops them all. Super quick, efficient and thorough - they’ve never said no to any nail designs! Not to mention the fact that my nails last at least a month after getting them.”
