“Credit where credit is due - there were some delays with my order but it’s nice to see a business take accountability for the issues. Small businesses invariably face logistical problems in busy periods and don’t think this was any different. Customer service from Sha was exemplary (emails and phone calls were received) and an apology video from the owner was highly appreciated.
