“Excellent experience with Macmillan lady in their office at Wexham Park Hospital that I spoke to today - she listened sympathetically to what I had to say; answered questions; provided information; explained processes and gave wise advice plus practical suggestions. We should Support and Use all such charities whenever possible bcos NHS hasn't always got the resources (including time and sometimes skills) to give patients what they need let alone want!”
