“Circuit Training Fitness Class with Fabiana on Saturdays is extremely good! She is very professional, kind and supportive, and attentive! The circuit exercises are smart and good. Fabiana put efforts to explain it very well and with kindly manner which in my eyes makes it a good coaching. Also Strength Fitness Class with Albi on Sundays (he also works together with Fabiana on Saturday circuit often) is amazing. He is very kind and knowledgeable. I can approach him and ask any questions and he is so happy to demonstrate, support and teach with training techniques. I’ve already learned a lot because of his and Fabiana’s guidance. I love them!
