The service was generally good, and the staff were friendly without being over the top. A special thanks goes to T, who made a noticeable difference with their friendliness and helpful attitude. “My two elder grandchildren went here and my youngest one is about to start. As a family we have been completely impressed and delighted by the care and development the children receive. We particularly love the amount of time the children spend outside in virtually all weathers. “My husband was rushed to Salford Royal after a very bad fall. They did many MRI scans he had several fractures, broken ribs and other damage. Staff on the ICU were wonderful, we cannot thank them enough for the care they gave him and our family. Sadly he passed away after seven days. I know how hard it can be on nurses when they loose a patient. So thank you nurses on ICU 2”

“I can only go off my own experiences when reviewing here and have found Salford Community Leisure excellent value for money. I have the monthly corporate all inclusive package, which gives you full access to all of the classes, gyms and pools across the Salford area. Some of the gyms are in better condition than others, but for what you pay and for what you get, you are getting a really good deal. The staff and instructors I've found all incredibly friendly and helpful. There's a great range of gym classes at all times of the day, evenings and weekends. You can book over the phone, on their booking system and also on their app. My only criticism is like I mentioned earlier, where some of the gyms are in better condition than others, but that is sadly out of SCL's control due to Tory central government cuts over the past 12 years, meaning budgets are tight. I believe there are plans for all of the gyms to eventually be redeveloped or refurbished, but obviously these things take time.”

“I am so glad this store opened in Media City. It was badly needed. I come in here nearly every day for groceries. I’m never disappointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially if I get stuck with the self service tills. There is a wide range of goods available, certainly enough to keep you going if you live in Media City. I would recommend getting the Co-Op App and becoming a member. It only costs £1 and you get lots of savings on your shopping. All you need to do is scan your bar code when you pay and you’ll see the savings. The store is situated near several apartment buildings and there is a car park and two hotels next to it. There are also many bars and restaurants nearby too so it’s a handy stop after an evening out. There are often price reductions in the evenings too if you’re looking for a bargain.
