“Overall I always have a good experience at Ethos Dental, excellent Dentist and receptionists, my only small complaint is, sometimes the unavailable waiting time, with people late etc, on my recent visit I was a 09-30 appointment, checked in and sat down waiting, I could see the surgery door open and chatting/laughter coming from there, expecting to be called any minute but no, another guy came in 5 minutes after me, the previous appointment, he went in virtually as he arrived, to my mind he should have been made to wait and I should have been seen before him, so I presume that's why appointments run late. “Adam & Gary are very friendly and do great cuts. Good value for money. Easy free parking at the back. Still very happy with the service been going for at least 10 years. Booking system is great and means you never have to wait, often walk straight to the chair. I usually call early morning and get an appointment the same morning or early afternoon. The lads allow enough time between appointments so never rushed.”
