“Yesterday I was walking with my baby and really needed somewhere to stop, feed and change my baby, and just to re charge as it was a stressful morning. I had dropped my car off, at a garage, in a different town miles from home. I entered the hotel and was kindly greeted by a lovely lady, who could clearly see I needed just a little help to get sorted. This lady was so kind and caring so I asked her name. The lady replied. “Irene”. I thanked her greatly for how warm and inviting she was towards me. I would like to thank you once again. Irene, you was a Rae of sunshine towards my baby and I. “Absolutely Amazing stay. Booked in for a whole 7 nights and it was so homely feeling. The rooms are absolutely terrific and spacious and most importantly the staff are just simply the BEST AND SO CARING FRIENDLY. just wanna mentioned a few of the staff I will certainly miss MAGS, FARAH, PHIL, PHEOBE. “We have stayed at the hotel quite a number of times over the years and cannot praise it enough. From the moment of stepping through the doors and into the reception area, you are made to feel so welcome. Our room was clean, comfortable and the high end finish for a standard room was exceptional. We loved it! The food was excellent, too! As for the staff, well, ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Nothing is too much trouble. They are a credit to the hotel! Special mention needs to be given to Billy behind the bar for his help, patience and guidance with 'something technical' that left me able to use a new mobile phone purchased from the Tesco store next door! So, location wise the hotel is ideally situated and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants!”

“Stayed here recently with family and small dog. Loved the decor and comfort of this house. Comfy bed and well equipped. It was spotlessly clean and warm and cosy. Located in a quiet cul de sac with parking. Owners very responsive when messaged and very helpful.”

“I stayed at a Travelodge many years ago and it was pretty basic, I remember asking for an extra pillow and the staff disappeared and was never seen again, fast forward to Bolton's Travelodge and it was a totally different experience, the staff where helpful and welcoming, the room was basic but well proportioned and very clean, the bed was comfy. There was a bar and eating area with food on offer. My only niggle was the room was very hot and there is no A/C so had the have the window open, unfortunately it's quite close to a main road and it was like trying to sleep next to a race track, every person within a 20 mile radius that had a sports exhaust and a turbo was racing about till 4 am.”

“Outstanding airport transfer service! I first discovered them on an airport transfer website in 2022 when I needed to fly out on Boxing Day, and I’ve relied on them ever since. Living in a village in North Wales, I always contact them whenever I need to get to Manchester Airport. The vehicles are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with air-conditioning, and the drivers are always happy to adjust the temperature to suit your preference. Thoughtful touches like bottled water make the journey even more comfortable. The drivers are consistently punctual, ensuring we reach our destination on time, and even when my return flights are delayed, they’re always there waiting to take me home. Polite, professional, and highly responsive. An excellent service I can always count on!”

“I have left my beautiful grumpy cat storm with these guys. I have used thier service 5 times and I’m so happy. They are caring and I know my cat is being well looked after. It’s right next to my house and they charge £9 per day which is so reasonable and cheap compared to others. I will 100% go back to them and will come recommend you guys 100% use thier service for your cats. “I have used Copperbeech Boarding for both my cat and my dog for a number of years .prior to the dog we have I had a reactive dog which Copperbeech were happy to board on a one to one basis. They posted photos of my dog in their conservatory looking so happy ,I was amazed as I wasn't even sure staff would get near him let alone have him out of his kennel. They look after my cat as well who isn't always happy to be kept inside at the best of times and be grumpy,but they let him have a wander round the cattery. It's a first class business and nothing is too much trouble to make your pets stay a happy relaxed one.”

“The best kennels around! My staffy has recently had a trial stay here for 2 nights. I used a different kennels in Bury last year and can safely say Shelleys' kennels is 10/10. The staff were so lovely on arrival, came out to the car to greet us and made both myself and my dog feel very welcome. I was shown around the kennels whilst another member of staff took my dog to play and the kennels are very clean and tidy and the facilities are brilliant! I can't recommend Shelley's kennels enough and my dog can't wait to stay again! Thank you :)”

Alison and Mark have helped us right from the beginning and it makes our investment almost completely hands off. Alison always battles our corner with authorities and does her best to find the most financially viable method of solving any problem. We generally hear of any issue after it's been solved. “I attended the Autumn Spa Day with my Mum today, which was a birthday gift. We had an absolutely lovely time, the facilities are wonderful, loved the various sauna/steam rooms etc available. The outdoor thermal pool was fabulous too. We also joined in with an aqua aerobics class which was on at the time and we really enjoyed it. To finish off we had a 50 minute treatment which was incredible, the girls were wonderful who did the treatments and made sure we were always happy & comfortable. The staff on the spa reception were also really helpful and happy to help us. Although the changing rooms were a little tired and in need on a facelift, it didn’t affect our visit whatsoever! We would definitely return!”

“I would highly reccomend Debbie. She is so lovely and approachable and genuinely cares for your pet. She walks my dog 3 times a week around all the local areas he loves. We regularly receive pictures and updates after the walks and he is always happily exhausted when we return from a long day at work. 5* and a great big 'Woof' from our Labrador Ollie”

“Linda has recently started walking Alfie for us whilst we are at work and I cannot fault the service at all. Linda is lovely and you can clearly see she loves working with dogs. We get regular updates and pictures of Alfie and know he is in good hands. We've come home to a clean, settled and sleepy pooch. Would highly recommend Linda to anyone needing a dog walker/sitter.
