“This was my first scale and polish - actually my first dental appointment in a long while - I've never had one before and was initially feeling very nervous and uncomfortable. As it turns out, I had nothing to worry about - the hygienist and assistant I saw were both so accommodating; they explained the whole process, what to expect (including letting me see and test the feeling of how each tool would work before diving in to it), how I could signal I needed a break, and even turned on the tv to give me a distraction and let me take my mind off of things. Throughout the process both women were so efficient, regularly offered to let me have a break, and when the process was done they gave me a full rundown of what to expect in the next few days to assure me it would be perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. They're obviously very well informed and know what they're doing and I honestly do not think I could have asked for a better first experience. My teeth look and feel great - thank you to you both! Additional tid bit of praise for your receptionist, as well - I just couldn't leave her out. She's so lovely and welcoming towards everyone as soon as they walk in, it really put me at ease whilst I was waiting. Everybody I've met here has been absolutely wonderful, I couldn't recommend them enough!”

“My Partner and I purchased a Sofa today and the customer service we received was excellent. The advisor "Ben" was friendly, knowledgeable and a great listener. He offered us both a brew and let my partner sit down and just chill, when he felt a bit dizzy. He also turned the heating down and opened the doors to help my partner cool down. He was very empathetic and nice to talk to. He was very personable and likeable. We love the sofa we purchased and are looking forward to receiving the delivery of it. “Honest people and very friendly. I ordered a white ottoman gloss bed and a 250cm wardrobe and it was all so reasonably priced and fixed by them. Shabir and Sajid are kind humans and very honest. They rest assured me that if there are any problems they are a call away. They even helped me try to fix a dining table which I had lost the screws to through moving even thought it was not purchased in their shop. I will be buying all my furniture from here and I highly recommend them if you want good quality, great service, and above all a good price.”
