I went to Lucy with over 2 years of knee pain, constantly taking breaks between inflammation, running on a pain gauge, and getting no further with with an unsuccessful physio elsewhere, I felt like I was hitting a brick wall. After listening to my concerns, she diagnosed me correctly and helped me rehab, and after a few months l am so happy to be back doing what I love.     “Absolutely thrilled with the quality of clean I receive. Poppies worked with me to find the right cleaner and are very open to feedback. Some minor struggles relating to replacement cleans if my cleaner is ill on the day. But much higher standard and easier to communicate and rectify any issues given they are an agency versus my experience of working directly with a self-employed cleaner. Highly recommend.”
