The fuss they make of my doggy whilst she is in their care has made her anxiousness disappear and she now strolls in and gets excited that she’s having a groom! The bows on the collar are a lovely little bonus and we have a great picture they took from last Christmas of her in a sleigh after her groom looking very pleased about her new ‘do!”

Was told sadly they didn’t have an appointment but would add me to a cancellation list. Was amazed when they messaged and said they had just had a cancellation and I could go for 7pm! “Couldn’t have picked a better groomer. I used to do dog grooming myself and Ruth is incredible. I have a German Shepard who is very energetic, has anxiety (due to being a lockdown dog) and isn’t best behaved around other dogs. Ruth takes the time out to ensure there are no other dogs in whilst she is grooming Redd! He’s great around her and very trusting. I’m relocating and wouldn’t take my dog to any other groomer now.
