“I came into store today after booking a collection online. My experience was great. I was served quickly by a member of staff who was brilliant! I ordered Post Crete and it was heavy so, having a leg injury, I asked would someone please carry it to my car. They immediately said they would! They were great to chat to in thw process, asked me how I was with my injury, etc. Great member of staff and very professional, fast service. I'll have to pop in more! “Went in with my niece today around 11 ish and there was a lovely lady who worked there who approached me when we was paying and asked if my niece could have chocolate and said she could chose some chocolate, told her she could have it and told me not to put it through the till.
