“Zero gravity has honestly changed my life in so many ways. I joined zero gravity just over a year a go with no confidence, no body strength and definitely a lot of extra weight. Since joining my confidence has improved dramatically, I have lost over 3 stone in weight and I still surprise myself every lesson with how much stronger I am. All the instructors are absolutely amazing! They fill you with so much confidence and are so helpful and encouraging. If there is anything you want to work on or improve on they are always there to help. They offer so many different types of workshops and classes from stretch to flow to handstands and believe me I have tried them all. My flexibility has progressed unbelievably since joining there stretch classes. There pole classes are so enjoyable and everyone is so encouraging of each other. It feels just like a family. They even offer private classes where you can choose areas to work on or help with progression. There is literally something for everyone! Absolutely love being a Gravity Girl!”

As someone with celiac disease, finding a restaurant that can cater safely and confidently to my dietary needs is rare, but the team here went above and beyond. They were knowledgeable, careful, and made me feel completely at ease. I left with a full and very happy tummy, which says it all! The service is consistently 10 out of 10 warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The fact that the restaurant is also kid-friendly made our experience even better, allowing the whole family to relax and enjoy together. “Fantastic theatre we visited for the last night of the summer panto Sleeping Beauty the cast were amazing and really comical, our 2 sons were in hysterics they couldn't stop laughing, we took our own snacks and drinks in as we were on a budget with our holiday being a week later, we would definitely visit again.”

“What a beautiful pub!! We first discovered stockport for afternoon drinking ( before lockdown) from a trip out with our local historian and Sentinel writer Mervyn Edwards.. we fell in love with the preserved Victorian history and friendly locals...since then we travel from stoke and stay over regularly. This visit I particularly wanted to discover the Star and Garter. Stunning building...on entrance we were warmly welcomed by barman Craig.. it was fascinating to learn about the pubs history and Craig's family working within the pub trade for generations. Of course we enjoyed Robinsons Iron Maiden bitter.. a perfect pint..a creamy head all the way down the glass! A cash only pub... my husband always supports Cash is King ! A lovely traditional friendly local pub.. we'll definitely visit again.”
