The place was easy enough to access via public transport (I walked from train station, not too far from victoria) All staff were helpful and the doctor who performed my medical was really pleasant, polite and good rumoured which put me at ease. The first staff member who took my photo seemed a bit abrupt but I think she was rushed. Overall a very good service. I realize the medicals seem a bit pricey but it did what I needed it to do.”

“Had to go here for a C spine MRI and I was so nervous and worried but the place has a really relaxing atmosphere in very posh surroundings, the scanner is down a few steps but they have a lift if needed. There were few people in and I was taken straight down. Had my own changing room and locker for valuables and the technicians were so lovely I can’t fault it. I had my head in a cradle which was better for me and my claustrophobia coz I could see the room n my feet and not the roof of the scanner. They provided ear buds and headphones with the radio on. I cud have fallen asleep if it was any longer. I was referred via the nhs. I would really recommend going here. I’m actually a bit disappointed my next MRI in 2 weeks is not here! Lol, I no complaints at all.”
