The 2 ladies know their client dogs and I feel completely confident in their care and maintenance. The prices are reasonable. Best of all our dog loves going and gets excited as we draw near to the shop. An excellent and quality service.”

The accessories available are spot on too, my doggy loves her winter puffer jacket, so does anyone who sees her in it also! The fuss they make of my doggy whilst she is in their care has made her anxiousness disappear and she now strolls in and gets excited that she’s having a groom! We got our little Dachshund just as we entered the first lockdown, so there was inevitable anxiety around a lack of socialising, but DC has ensured our pup is so confident and happy around other dogs. The staff are so attentive and update me with honest feedback whenever I ask for it. The picture/video updates during the day of all the dogs having fun, regular themed parties throughout the year and goody bags are all examples of extra touches which makes this such a great day-care. “Our Cockapoo, Dougie’s first time at Wuff Cut yesterday. They cut him exactly as we wanted and managed to correct some uneven areas from a previous groomer. Staff were really friendly and very thorough when asking what we wanted for him, they also checked that he could have a couple of treats which meant we were able to tell them things to avoid for allergies. A really pleasant experience, will definitely be bringing Dougie back”

The lady that served us knew the best Gecko for my 9 yr old granddaughter and let her hold them and choose one. She then advised my son, on everything he needed, nothing was too much trouble.
