“On the way home did a late stop just before closing time.. They didn't hesitate to serve, very friendly staff and helped with the options. Genuinely the food was amazing just the way we wanted it. The flavor was on point and not over powering. The curry complemented the rest of the food, more than enough for 2 people. I will be trying this again. “We came to Hei Hei’s after a huge walk and starving. We originally ordered to takeout but were kindly given drinks vouchers and so ventured to the bar upstairs. As we were waiting the lovely staff asked us if we would like to eat in the restaurant instead. We explained we would love to but our dog was waiting in the car. Mani and the other manager then said it was no problem to bring our pooch in! They treated our pup to chicken and pork before bringing us a delicious feast! The atmosphere and music was relaxed and ambient and the food was fantastic. I can’t recommend this place enough for both service and food. Needless to say, we can’t wait to return :) Recommend: the best curry sauce I’ve ever had”

“I highly recommend this place for those who eat vegetarian or vegan. The food is delicious, especially the masala dosa, chana masala and poppadoms, and chutney tray. Also, the dessert carrot halwa with ice cream. The staff were friendly, and the dining area as well as the deli area was very impressive. I would come to visit again soon.”

“Hidden in a side street is this excellent small family owned restaurant. Sebastian the Italian owner was extremely friendly and hospitable. The food was genuinely the best Italian we had had for a long time (in fact some members of our party even said it surpassed the food they had in Italy). The prices were fair and service was excellent. If you’re in the area it’s absolutely worth grabbing lunch or dinner here, we will definitely be returning when we’re next in Manchester.”
