“I had a problem with the starting of my Ford Transit. I rang Chris last Friday and he slotted me in yesterday Monday. Chris and his friend diagnosed it to be a diesel pump problem in the fuel tank. They fitted a new pump and a headlight bulb , I picked it up tonight, starts lovely now. This is the first time I have been to Chris and his friend but if I have problems in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to go there . The work was carried out very professionally and very reasonable and added to that two really nice genuine people. I have no knowledge of cars and everyone fears they may be being duped but the mechanics here will specifically show you the issues and fully explain how and why it needs to be repaired so that you completely understand what your paying for. As someone with autism this is massively important to me and for that reason Id say the customer service here is 2nd to none.”
