“Been living at Globe House for almost a year now and feel very at home. The apartment is finished to a high standard and building facilities are fantastic - who doesn’t want to unwind in a spa! The management team are brilliant, nothing is ever too much trouble and any problems are solved straight away. Additionally, they are all so friendly and it’s lovely to pop by for a chat. Location is great, really easy to pop into the city and a very short walk to the train station. I would highly recommend living here!”

“Came here for our anniversary meal and it honestly was the best meal we have had! The staff were incredible throughout the night, and whilst we didn’t get their names, the young, blonde lady and the middle aged, olive skinned gentleman who served us a glass of bubbly each were amazing. “I was born and bred in Thailand and this is the best Thai fusion food you’ll ever find in Manchester - It is a little pricey but it’s well worth it for a special night out. I cannot find any Thai restaurant in Manchester that offers Kao-Soi(Northern-style curry noodles) and Sai-Oua (lemongrass and herbs sausage) on the menu! I was very impressed with how they executed both. Went twice and will return. Cocktails are nice too.”

“Love this pub inside and out. It’s got so much history and charm. The building used to be the Manchester & Salford Children’s Mission back in Victorian times, where they ran a kitchen for kids and the homeless. Now it’s this brilliant underground pub, and you can still see the old glazed brick walls when you head downstairs, which just adds to the atmosphere. I’d love to see more of that story told inside. There are a few old photos up, but no info with them... a bit of context would make it even better. Doesn’t put me off going though, it’s still one of my favourite spots in Manchester.”

“First time here! We wanted to sit inside, but the tables were a bit narrow, so the staff kindly set us up outside with heating. Super comfy and perfect for a chat. Generous portions, friendly service, and a really relaxed, enjoyable brunch.”

Wine and drinks menu with several options, including soft and alcohol free drinks. “Stayed at travelodge lodge central arena as we were staying in Manchester seeing a show, ordered Don Bravo at 11.30pm, arrived before midnight however was missing 2 chips. I rung them and within 15 minutes they had delivered 2 piping hot fresh chips. Food was really good, service was great. I would recommend as well as order again. Thank you.”

“Excellent pub serving Cloudwater (a Manchester brewery) beers on draft and keg. Originally opened as a pop-up bar called the Pilcrow, but it became so popular that it became a permanent fixture. Large outdoor seating is perfect for those rare days when the sun comes out.”

“I did put a review in on another site but I thought I’d get my Google one in, this was from a few months ago. This place was absolutely amazing and I really mean it, one of the best bars I’ve ever been to. The music was spot on and the decor was amazing. It really did embody Manchester at its finest. The bartender who opened up was class and quite hilarious and when the other ones turned up they were just the same. The cocktail menu is literally perfect and the ghostbuster sharer is just so worth the price it’s unreal. The only note I could make is that they don’t do food, if they did…. It could be a contender for the place place in Manchester but I understand it’s a bar not a restaurant and they don’t wanna expand by building a kitchen and hiring chefs etc.”

“Stayed here for a night and had a really lovely experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, the room was stylish and comfortable, and the location is ideal, right in the city but surprisingly quiet, even with the trams nearby. The staff were friendly, the bar downstairs was great for a drink, and breakfast in the morning was solid. The only small hiccup was that I'd requested a sewing kit, and it didn’t get brought up as promised, so I had to go down to reception to get it myself, which made me a bit late. I understand things get busy, though. Aside from that, everything else was great. I’ve stayed at a few Hotel Indigos and this one definitely held up, I’d be happy to stay again.”

The staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our night special. They even surprised us with a gorgeous “Happy Anniversary” dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch. Australasia exceeded all our expectations, and I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for exceptional food, amazing service, and a beautiful setting. We’ll definitely be back!”

The chicken shawarma had that smoky, tender texture I look for, and the chicken tikka with rice was excellent: moist pieces of chicken, fragrant spices, and the rice was fluffy and fragrant. “We came here as a lunch stop before attending a football game. There was a good range of drinks, my partner really liked the lager selection and that they were an own brand of beer! We wanted a light lunch where we both had the chicken wraps and some chip to share the food was DELICIOUS and it was a good varied menu, we will definitely look to come back in the future the next time we’re in Manchester!”
