“✨Amazing Indian Vegetarian / Vegan Cafe✨ We visited for the first time today as my partner is obsessed with Chai at the moment. For drinks I had the biscoff coffee shake which was sensational, the coffee wasn’t too overpowering and the roast / blend choice was delicious. My partner had the home brewed Masala Chai which he thoroughly enjoyed, and the pot of tea he received was massive! (We stayed a bit longer just so he could finish it as it was that good) For mains we had the Indian breakfast muffin (vegan sausage, Indian spiced hash browns, and a bbq tamarind chutney) and the Chai Buckwheat pancakes which came with syrup and berries. I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich, the chutney was amazing and really pulled everything together. Though I didn’t try the pancakes they were gone within minutes. Both me and my partner agreed portion sizes were bob on, we felt full without feeling overly lethargic. Though we didn’t have the opportunity to try them the cakes and Indian deli looked delicious. Our entire meal with drinks cost under £20 which I think is ridiculously reasonably priced considering the quality and portion sizes of the food and drink. (Not to mention the very quick service!) It is also worth noting they seemed to have an extensive ice cream range. All staff were super friendly, the woman serving us really seemed to care about our experience there and we were given customer service you can’t simply buy without there being a true passion for what she was serving. I would highly recommend dining here, and we look forward to visiting again.”

“I placed an order on the day to pick up. I was asked if there was a special occasion so I replied it was for a "new home". The flowers were beautifully decorated and she had added a butterfly - she told me it symbolises "new beginnings'. It was a lovely touch.”

“I have been going to this restaurant for years now on and off. Family run business and they are so helpful with allergies and cater as much as possible for the customer. Really tasty food and it's never disappointed. Really good portions and really friendly staff. I've always ordered takeout because the bookings for the restaurant is always full and it's full for a reason but takeaway has been above and beyond. If I ever fancy Thai food it's always been Baan Pad Thai as they have always come through with top authentic food.”

“Popped in at last minute for some anniversary flowers. The place looked empty but the owner had just reopened after a holiday and had plenty in the back - do not be put off if the place looks quiet. The flowers were put together specifically for me within 15 minutes after a quick chat about what my wife liked. They were great when finished and my wife was very impressed. Have seen a few folk complaining about the prices. You are paying for a bespoke service - I have seen bunches in tesco/m&s for £30. Go there if you want to pay less. Thank you very much and will return/recommend!”

“Everybody loves a good Chinese take away. With a few Chinese restaurants offered in the area, I can say that this is by far the BEST within a 3 mile radius! Wether you are travelling to pick up, or even waiting over an hour for delivery, it is definitely worth the wait. We ordered sweet and sour pork, chicken fried rice, Prawn toast, sticky beef, ribs and veg spring rolls... all were absolutely bloody delicious. I don't usually like Prawn toast, but woah, those were so *input curse word here for emphasis* good! The crunch, the taste & the sweet and sour sauce to complement were *chef kiss*. My favourite though was the sweet and sour pork. Gosh. I can't even explain it. Over the years I've had sweet and sour pork from so many places, but that.... that was absolute heaven in a box. The pricing for the dishes weren't extortionate at all. It's what you'll expect to pay for a takeaway... we had left overs and still tasted delicious heated up. We will definitely be returning. 100/10 will recommend as this place was recommended to us.”

“A range of beautiful bouquets, plants and bulbs available from this local gem. I am consistently impressed by the quality of the arrangements as well as the value for money. The social media accounts are well managed and messages are responded too quickly and nothing ever seems to be too much for Alison. The secret garden is my go-to florist for birthday presents, thank you gifts and treats for me. Covid protocols are closely followed and the business has adapted to continue to provide the unique service which I know it's customers truly appreciate. I always recommend the secret garden to all my family and friends.”
