“We can’t recommend Digs for Dogs highly enough! Our dog absolutely loves going on her “holidays” with them and gets so excited to jump into the van when she’s picked up. While we’re away, she’s completely spoilt and treated like a princess, which gives us total peace of mind knowing she’s being cared for and loved just as if she were their own. “Everything you need & more, affordable, friendly & welcoming to all shapes & sizes. Staff are lovely & very informative & extremely happy to help even if you have a "stupid" question haha. As a plus size woman, I feel so comfortable to work out & to get back to my pre spinal operation weight. Easy enough to book & cancel sessions, equipment great quality majority is Matrix Gym Equipment. Also with the whole Covid-19 stuff they are following all guidelines which makes me feel safe as I work out. Although it's not overly big there's always something to work on while you wait for something else. I can't currently do anything weight related due to my surgery, & I don't feel pressured by staff that I should be doing that, everything is in my own pace & they understand that which makes me actually LOVE going. Even when I have to miss a few days or recently a week between sessions due to my back pain, staff don't make any comments (like ive had in the past at another gym I've been to). I just want to say a huge thank you to all staff at Radcliffe.”

“I’m extremely happy with Total Fitness Whitefield, especially the Women’s Gym section. My wife has been training with PT Sahar, and the improvement has been incredible. She had been struggling with back pain for a long time, and after working with Sahar, her pain has reduced by almost 90%. The progress is real and visible. Sahar is a fantastic trainer—professional, patient, knowledgeable, and truly focused on each person’s needs. She designs the workouts specifically for my wife’s condition and motivates her at every step. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better PT for her. I also visit the main gym regularly, and I personally drive her so she can train in the women’s section. It’s totally worth it when you see such amazing results. Highly recommended gym, and a big shoutout to PT Sahar for her outstanding work!”

“We use Beth Tweddle gymnastics in Bolton and my 4yr old loves it. Ben going for a year now and she really enjoys it. Brand new, clean facilities. Coaches really enthusiastic and have been really good with my daughter when she's been struggling to pay attention and focus properly. They award effort, listening and trying your best with is really good for the little ones”
