“Always a lovely experience at The Cheshire Facialist with Lorraine. Ive been visiting regularly since early 2024 due to my skin barrier being badly compromised. After spending all my time consumed by buying product after product for years before seeing Lorraine. I was so glad when someone mentioned The Cheshire Facialist to me. She is knowledgeable, takes time and care with your skin and made my home skin routine as simple as possible with only a select few products. Its not a quick fix by any means but i know i am in good hands and i am taking steps under Lorraine to actually repair my barrier and get to the root cause. Highly recommend”

“Sept 2025 Nailed it again, popped in to see if the team could suggest a short break in the sun and they came up with Bulgaria, yes I know... Hotel Helena Sands was great a bit quirky but we really liked it, pool was great but cold, then again it was September, mind you we had a lovely heated pool in the Wellness Centre. Outdoor spaces were lovely, room was great we had a pool and sea view with balcony, lovely. Sunny Beach itself was a bit of a mixed bag. long walk all the way down the beachfront Strip to Flower street or you could take the mini train, if you can get one to stop for you! Bus was 2 Lev about £1. Shops and bars all the way. Flower Street was madness at night great for the youngsters. Has a lovely day in Nessebar Old Town, cobbled streets, history, nice shops, better places to eat. Food and drink was very reasonable. Went to Khan's Tent on our last night, dinner, cabaret show and circus entertainers with great views down to Sunny Beach. All in all we had a great time, weather was near perfect. Things were just starting to close down as we left so anytime after September I think it will be a ghost town. Thanks team”

“This is the coolest and most chilled spot in Stockport. You can kick back with a naughty coffee or hit-and-run with a power smoothie. The cake is fresh and delicious also. It’s the perfect meeting spot and a good place to crack on with some remote working. In regards to the tattooing, Jordan’s attention to detail when designing and stabbing tattoos is amazing. I’m a repeat customer and will be returning to Jordan again soon. He is friendly and approachable; his communication before the work, and the aftercare he provides is reassuring. He takes into consideration what the client wants and works hard to put the vision into a design. His needle-work is intricate and, in my experience, flawless. Jay is lovely too, and his work is brilliant. I am excited to see what Inner Vision Collective becomes and wish the lads all the best with the project.”

“We've asked Simeon at Fluffies to cat-sit twice now. Our cat can be a bit of a diva and overly sensitive to change but once he knew what was what with Simeon all was fine. We met Simeon prior to our first booking and he obviously loves cats, so we felt comfortable with our choice. He has also put out/collected our bins and mail for us which helps to make your house look less vacant. His prices are exceptionally reasonable and we have been able to book him at short notice (although obviously try to book in advance if you can). Receiving updates and pics via WhatsApp every day really helps reassure you, especially if you overly worry about your pet.”

“Jordan and the lovely ladies at Scruffy Woofie have been our groomers since our Autumn was only 3 months old and she is currently 18 months, which goes to show how loved and trusted they are. With that being said,… This establishment is made with love, passion, blood, sweat, and determination that came from its owner, Jori Lakars, aka Hott Mama, aka The Mama who always gave herself goals and standards that benefited the world to the fullest and implemented the highest standards possible. A quick glance at her path shows that she has been successful in the industry well known in a way that the number of 5 reviews or social media followers will not reflect. I met her personally only once before she moved to England about 17 years ago. She was working in a popular tattoo shop in Wicker Park that I won’t name. ( if you know, you know) the had long ravenous hair and substantially fewer tattoos. Although I had met many women who were in the industry, few were celebrated by their peers. The shop posted a large banner in the front window that said ‘we have a female tattoo artist.’ I had never seen that before even in a liberal city like Chicago. Soon after that, every shop in the area had at least one ‘female.’ She went on to work at many of the best rated shops and worked on the best artists in the business as clients. When she moved, we were sad yet proud to see that she was following her passion overseas. She would wonder up one of the top artists anywhere she worked. She finally got her own place and put every ounce of work into it. Sadly, she had just acquired two young brilliant talents just recently. A couple of weeks ago, she passed away in a car accident without any warning. I t is a shock that she is gone and her energy is eternally resting. I have known her half of my life and I have never known anyone like her. A true inspiration and individual person who is driven to create. If you are lucky enough to have had a moment with her, you know what I mean. Love to her local community from Chicago. We were all lucky enough to be together for as long as we could,…… Cheers to Jori.”
