She took her time with me during my consultation to make sure she knew what I wanted and didn't want and kept me in the loop during every process. My hair came out incredibly stunning. I even brought my 6 months old son to my appointment and was so understanding when I had to tend to him. She had plenty cuddles aswell. I also came in the following day for my first ever spray tan with macy and was nervous as didn't know what to expect. She talked me through the process and I instantly felt at ease and comfortable. “Lovely salon. I have hypothyroidism which means my nails and hair are very sparse, especially my thin fringe. Rebecca uses builder gel on my nails, tints my eyebrows and lashes and Chloe k looks after my hair which looks much thicker after a tint, toner and precise cut and blow dry. Diane also does the most wonderful facial and massage. Thank god for bloom broadway.”
