“I called on the Monday Morning at 8.30 and had an appointment by 12.30 same day. I have a huge fear of the dentist, I had an infection which they prescribed Antibiotics for and an appointment for today for extraction. The service i received from Rebecca was exceptional, she was gentle knowing my fear and explained everything, she has such caring and professional manor. All the staff in the practise were fantastic. “We've asked Simeon at Fluffies to cat-sit twice now. Our cat can be a bit of a diva and overly sensitive to change but once he knew what was what with Simeon all was fine. We met Simeon prior to our first booking and he obviously loves cats, so we felt comfortable with our choice. He has also put out/collected our bins and mail for us which helps to make your house look less vacant. His prices are exceptionally reasonable and we have been able to book him at short notice (although obviously try to book in advance if you can). Receiving updates and pics via WhatsApp every day really helps reassure you, especially if you overly worry about your pet.”

The team are incredibly professional and helpful providing updates throughout the repairs. “Couldn’t have picked a better groomer. I used to do dog grooming myself and Ruth is incredible. I have a German Shepard who is very energetic, has anxiety (due to being a lockdown dog) and isn’t best behaved around other dogs. Ruth takes the time out to ensure there are no other dogs in whilst she is grooming Redd! He’s great around her and very trusting. I’m relocating and wouldn’t take my dog to any other groomer now.
