“I had an excellent experience with this Chinese takeout restaurant. The food was freshly prepared, flavorful, and arrived hot and on time. “I have been coming here often. I have tried so many Chinese takeaways before, but none of them beat this one. Staff are very polite and kind. They always give service with a smile and go out of their way to help. They welcome me with fortune cookies. The food always arrives hot and tastes delicious. Their delivery service people come on time. The place is clean. I am astonished by the generous portions they give you. It's like one portion can feed 2 people, and I end up sharing with my daughter.”

“Brilliant bar, staff are lovely, great atmosphere and great drinks, a little pricey but it's well worth the cost. The downstairs is a tad cold in winter but very cosy, the upstairs is well designed and has undergone a perfect refurbishment. This is a very unique bar and in a very quiet but lovely village :) I love it here!”

“I am from Arizona, but I served a Mormon mission here back in 1980 and this was the one place that had the best burgers in the world better than any that I have in America. And so literally I’ve been coming back for 43 years to this same place and same location. Their hamburgers and onion rings are second to none. And the lady that’s been serving us has been there 27 years, that’s crazy. When we bring my kids over and grandkids this is their favorite stop, we purchase takeout and then we walk across the street to the picnic tables and enjoy the best burgers around.”

“Got recommended Mr Yungs by somebody and considering my usual chinese is closed we decided to give them a go. Wow. Just wow. The food was incredible. The salt & pepper chips were crispy, the food was hot and fresh, and everything tasted really fresh. We are in Wythenshawe and will now be changing our chinese to here without a doubt. 11/10. “Been in a few times since it has re-opened and it is belting, not many places like this left, plenty of rooms, plenty of screens, beer garden is a real suntrap and the atmosphere is great, staff are friendly and it's good to have the Railway back open, ate here for the first time today and can't recommend the Pizza's enough, proper wood fired oven makes all the difference. “A lot of people will disagree with this as the reputation of the Navigation Hotel is not great, but having just returned from an early afternoon meal there, I have to say it was excellent. The food can't be faulted, it's not haute cuisine, but good pub grub, with some nice options on the menu. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I much prefer it here to many other places that are more popular. Prices are very low, the fact that there are no cask beers is a little disappointing, but I was there to eat, and the John Smith's is adequate. Yes there are screens showing football, but it was not overwhelming and it wasn't full of drunken fans. I would certainly recommend the Navigation and will be back soon.”
