“Just been. Nom nom nom very tasty! We had a single meat handi which was a tender lamb curry, a mixed salad, a cheese and chilli naan, and the tandoori mixed grill. All very good, there wasn't anything left on our plates. We're very full now. The Indian soundtrack was a bit erratic, it kept skipping and stopping, but the ambience was nice and plush, the food was tasty, and reasonably priced, and the bill came out really reasonable for 2 people who have eaten as much as they physically can- £38. It was so reasonable because we didn't buy drinks- they don't have an alcohol licence yet, so they let you BYOB! So we brought a few lagers, and they provided glasses. A very good evening. They do takeaway also, and cater events, and have a banqueting hall upstairs. It's a very big building the former Greaves Arms.”

“I highly recommend this place for those who eat vegetarian or vegan. The food is delicious, especially the masala dosa, chana masala and poppadoms, and chutney tray. Also, the dessert carrot halwa with ice cream. The staff were friendly, and the dining area as well as the deli area was very impressive. I would come to visit again soon.”

“Open for 2months, were went for the first time and everyone loved it. We were quick to be seated, staff very helpful and courteous. Enjoyed the meal, the settings are very plush and modern. Lots and lots of dried beans , peas, lentils and other pulses , a very good range of ground spices and curry mixs in different size bags from about 250g upto 1kg A good range of jars of curry sauce / pastes . Huge bags of rice. A good range of oils A limited range of yoghurt, butter, cold drinks . Some kitchen equipment like sives, huge pans, tin openers. But the best thing is the staff , they are friendly and accommodating and can answer all sorts of questions regarding their stock , like how to cook things , what would go best with different sauces , how to prepare / store the fresh herbs and spices.”

“Excellent friendly welcome, the owner took our order. We had to wait for our starters which meant they were freshly prepared (the restaurant was quiet with it being during the week), some restaurants just warm up the starters but not here! We really enjoyed our starters. The main courses arrived & were excellent! Also desserts were good and we ate everything. My wife enjoyed her wine and I had an excellent ice cold pint of water!(I was driving). Top marks for everything here. They are very child friendly too. Our waiter was extremely friendly and the owner was too! We will be back!”
