My flexibility has progressed unbelievably since joining there stretch classes. There pole classes are so enjoyable and everyone is so encouraging of each other. It feels just like a family. They even offer private classes where you can choose areas to work on or help with progression. There is literally something for everyone! Absolutely love being a Gravity Girl!”
