I brought my bmw 3 series in with a really bad power/misfire issue after calling up the afternoon before, they diagnosed and fixed it within 3 hours, they was so honest about what the issue was and the price was so much cheaper than what I thought I’ll be paying. I came here based on the good reviews on their honesty, and it’s hard to trust any sort of car mechanics/garage. I was over the moon my car was fixed so fast and so cheap. If you’re looking for a trustworthy garage that doesn't overcharge then I couldn’t recommend these enough. Thank you once again”

“I Recently had a gearbox repair and a new egr valve at this garage. The gearbox was great with car running better than ever however the yellow engine check light was still playing up showing egr valve so returned it once or twice. This is where I really found out what a brilliant garage this is. They are really nice honest people and the customer sevice is the best I have experienced. Aparently there was a blockage furher into the manifold that couldnt have been picked up earlier and the guy has sorted it now at no extra cost and shown me a photo on his phone of the blockage in the pipes that was taken while he was working on the car .They even offered to pay for ubers for me which I didnt actually need. I doubt I will go anywhere else in future as they cant do enough for you.”

They had a full check over the car for me and ran diagnostics to check for faults. I was shown in advance what parts I needed, confirmed the price of parts and labour in advance and then shown the old pulley and belt after the job. My car sounds much quieter. Great communication and opening times for full time workers. Will definitely be back when it is time for my MOT and service. As a female I did not feel intimidated by not having a clue about cars.
