“My friend and I took our 6 year old daughters to the Funky Monkey Christmas party yesterday and what an absolute blast we had! There were fun games and prizes for the kids, plenty of choice from the menu for the kids to choose from and they even got to meet Santa and get a special gift! Our girls absolutely loved their time, and us mums and dads had so much fun too. We even won a prize as adults and can’t wait to have our beautiful Christmas cupcakes!! The staff are wonderful here, and you’re literally made to feel part of the Funky Monkey family from the moment you step in the door! Our food was delicious - we would particularly rate the latte and the banana and toffee muffin and I am looking forward to coming back to try even more from the menu. Thank you so so much to the team for hosting such a fun event last night, you could tell a lot of heart and hard work went into this and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. “So, had to take back a pair of walking boots today. These had been fine through the dry summer but now the weather has turned I found out that they were not waterproof as described and the left boot had developed an irritating squeak when walking. Fortunately I still had the receipt and even though the boots we 10 months old there was not quibbling and I was refunded straightaway by a very helpful young assistant. Love this shop, I could spend a small fortune in there and always find the staff most pleasant and helpful.”
