“I left booking our cocker spaniel in for a full groom prior to going on holiday extra late but Chloe couldn’t have been anymore helpful and managed to squeeze us in at very short notice. Not to mention our doggo was in desperate need of a really good cut and tidy up. Chloe and Blake listened to everything I’d asked of them and I genuinely couldn’t have been happier with how handsome Milo looked when I collected him a couple of hours later.. and he smelt amazing too!! “Texture release treatment. I am so blown away by Marianne professionalism, kindness and knowledge. I was so nervous about doing a Texture release as this was the first time I've done this on my hair. I booked an appointment and then spoke to Marianne. She was so understanding and even encouraged me to take time to think about it. I finally made my mind up. I am so glad I did. The salon is beautiful , welcoming, a great atmosphere with massage chairs for hair wash. Marianne explained the treatment and steps and gave me so many tips to look after my hair. “We drove an hour to Manchester(and i travelled 7 hours by plane from Kuwait) to get my hair cut here, and let me tell you, IT WAS WORTH IT!!! Daniel himself cut my hair and even though I probably didn’t give the best details on what I wanted for my hair, it’s like he understood me and he gave me the best haircut of my life. I’m so so happy with the results, don’t miss out on the wonderful services offered by this salon, I’ve been getting so many compliments and have been telling everyone to try getting their hair cut here!! “Had my hair done by sam. I had an absolutely lovely time and was pampered to high heavens. She took her time with me during my consultation to make sure she knew what I wanted and didn't want and kept me in the loop during every process. My hair came out incredibly stunning. I even brought my 6 months old son to my appointment and was so understanding when I had to tend to him. She had plenty cuddles aswell. I also came in the following day for my first ever spray tan with macy and was nervous as didn't know what to expect. She talked me through the process and I instantly felt at ease and comfortable. Never felt so glowy. 100% recommend”

“I bought a very-reasonably priced course of 6 sessions for Bikini line laser and I'm really surprised with the results. I'm Caucasian and heard that light skin and dark hair is the best combo for laser to work well and it's really true! I've had 3 sessions so far and it's already made SUCH a difference to my hair. I'm guessing that after 6 sessions, bikini hair might be a thing of the past for me! Some points to note: It can be BLOODY painful but a) it only lasts, like, a second after each 'blast' of the laser and b) it's worth it if you want rid of the hair. My bikini sessions last about 10-15 mins in total and no pain, no gain. Be prepared to bear all in front of the technician. Let them know your expectations and ask what 'positions' you have to get into for the results you want (you know what I mean!). The lovely Marja has worked with me and, even though it's kind of embarrassing, she's so professional, kind and sweet that it doesn't feel too bad. Highly recommended.”
