“I've worked with Mike Dickinson at Salford City for almost a year. I wanted to get my foundations back in place after having 2 kids. Re-learn how to move my body safely and strongly after not being active for a fairly long time. I can honestly say I’m so much better for it. Investing this time with Mike was such a good decision and he has skillfully, and with good chat and humour, gided and helped me progress back to a place where I feel confident and happy to train properly again, whilst also helping me to rebuild core muscles that had been in hineration and consistently hit personal bests!”

“Very nice little shop in Eccles selling lots of Bulgarian food- anything from dry foods and pulses, fresh diary and meat, frozen products, as well as cosmetics and over the counter medication. The prices are very reasonable and staff are very nice and helpful. It’s great to have a dedicated Bulgarian shop in Manchester, as most European shops that claim to sell Bulgarian products in fact have 1-3 products at best. It’s easy to get to the shop and there are places to park in the side roads.”

“Got there at lunchtime and it was lovely and quiet. I went for the standard carvery and the other half had the chicken burger. The carvery was lovely and fresh with good sizes of meat. The chicken burger was good, apparently, but the coleslaw let it down. All in all a good quick stop off for a lunch that was hot and a good size. The cake slices were huge!”

“Brilliant shop, but it went downhill for a time. The freezers were empty, so I stopped using it, I started going to Urmston, and the shop was packed out. The freezers were full, so that was my new go-to, so I thought I would give Eccles another try and guess what a new manager was in town and the shop was packed with great freezer products. So, five stars and a brilliant shop.”

“Went for my flu jab on the 11/10/25. Although there was a queue it went down really quick. The ladies who booked me in were very helpful. Although they were having trouble finding me on the system they had actually seen my name on the list. Also my partner was with me as he's my carer his app time was a few hours after mine but they were able to fit him in at the same time. Brilliant. Drs and nurses very efficient”
