The ladies were unbelievably helpful and caring, understanding why it was important to get this bracelet extended and keep it in the family. She was in tears - I called Steve and he got us in straight away - he sat and talked to us in detail about how to take them out and then spent his own time to sit and take them out, then made sure to go through every strand of hair making sure every bit of the matted hair was clear. He was so helpful and my daughter was so grateful. We are booked on to have them redone with Steve as he was very knowledgeable.”
