In fact, I look forward to my appointments - and so do my, now adult, children - thanks to the care we received here. I am guilty of forgetting an appointment and having to cancel at short-notice and have never encountered an issue or been made to feel guilty. I have always been treated with respect and understanding (mind you, I’m always polite and never entitled). Staff are always polite, respectful and friendly and are great communicators.
