“What can I say about The Dawg House, such a fantastic place for our Cockapoo Henry. He gets so excited when you just say ‘ the dawg house’ & can hardly sit down when we are going. The staff are so professional & you can tell how much they love the dogs. To us it’s better than we could wish for. Well worth the money & the things they do are just so fantastic, from photos to videos to cards at holiday times (Christmas, Easter etc). A BIG Thank you to Sophie & the brilliant staff for looking after our Henry x”

“I have used Copperbeech Boarding for both my cat and my dog for a number of years .prior to the dog we have I had a reactive dog which Copperbeech were happy to board on a one to one basis. They posted photos of my dog in their conservatory looking so happy ,I was amazed as I wasn't even sure staff would get near him let alone have him out of his kennel. They look after my cat as well who isn't always happy to be kept inside at the best of times and be grumpy,but they let him have a wander round the cattery. It's a first class business and nothing is too much trouble to make your pets stay a happy relaxed one.”

“What an amazing kennels, can't stop smiling. We boarded both our Shar-Pei's Chewie and Leia. This was their first time and I was so nervous, they are a difficult breed to say the least. Leia is also our latest rescue, she still suffers anxiety due to her awful past. But wow did not have anything to worry about, they looked amazing, waggy tails and looked like they had a real doggy holiday. Josh, Stewart and all the staff have a genuine love for Animals, it makes me smile. I would definitely recommend this amazing kennel. They will be visiting regular now, a great way of socialising. “I'm reviewing for a 2nd time. We took blanche into animal trust because our previous vet found a growth on her ovary that required urgent surgery. The original vet quoted an outrageous sum for the surgery whereas animal trust were much more affordable. During the surgrey they've found an enormous tumour which the first vet missed. The options were thoughtfully and honestly talked through with me by the wonderful vet Brandon. We decided to attempt removal there and then, clear in the knowledge that had her cancer spread they wouldn't be able to help her. After a nail biting hour wait, I received the call I was hoping for - Blanches tumour has been removed and they've saved her life. The after care and follow up calls have been absolutely outstanding and we've felt so reassured by the care given to Blanche by this vet. This will now be her forever vet and we look forward to continuing to use their services. I really can't thank Kirsty, Brandon and the rest of the team enough! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving Blanche's life we'll be forever greatful to you all ♥️”

“I would highly reccomend Debbie. She is so lovely and approachable and genuinely cares for your pet. She walks my dog 3 times a week around all the local areas he loves. We regularly receive pictures and updates after the walks and he is always happily exhausted when we return from a long day at work. 5* and a great big 'Woof' from our Labrador Ollie”

“Linda has recently started walking Alfie for us whilst we are at work and I cannot fault the service at all. Linda is lovely and you can clearly see she loves working with dogs. We get regular updates and pictures of Alfie and know he is in good hands. We've come home to a clean, settled and sleepy pooch. Would highly recommend Linda to anyone needing a dog walker/sitter. “We were delighted when we collected our three dogs after a 9 day stay at Pine Lodge. They were happy, obviously pleased to see us and looked clean and cared for. As all three are long haired the obvious care to brushing and eye cleaning was noticeable. We saw lovely photographs of them running around and looking obviously happy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pine Lodge as Sean and Julie have a very obvious natural ability and caring nature with the dogs. We have rebooked for their next stay and feel confident in leaving them with Julie and Sean at Pine Lodge. Definitely five star!”

“Very relaxing atmosphere from the moment I walked in and didn't feel any sense of hard selling as with some others. Very reasonably priced for some of the works of art that I saw go past me in that place. I went in to get pets nails clipped and waited there. The service was fast and efficient and the dog groomer was very friendly and easy to chat with which was a bonus. Groomer seemed both knowledgeable in the care of animals conditions which might require more delicate handling, as with mine--clearly very experienced. The shop comprises of a dog grooming salon, offering wash and dry, cutting deshedding and nail clipping from recollection. The other side has a good range on offer, from bedding and toys to food stuffs. Thank you once again!”

“I have left my beautiful grumpy cat storm with these guys. I have used thier service 5 times and I’m so happy. They are caring and I know my cat is being well looked after. It’s right next to my house and they charge £9 per day which is so reasonable and cheap compared to others. I will 100% go back to them and will come recommend you guys 100% use thier service for your cats. Thankyou guys for looking after my cat I really appreciate your service and will be coming back to you guys again xx”

“My pug had an issue with mites, he was a ratching himself till he bled constantly, within 10 mins she told me what mite he has showed me a photo under the microscope of the pest, within 4 weeks his fur has all grown back no more scratching, absolutely delighted, before and after photos below. “The best kennels around! My staffy has recently had a trial stay here for 2 nights. I used a different kennels in Bury last year and can safely say Shelleys' kennels is 10/10. The staff were so lovely on arrival, came out to the car to greet us and made both myself and my dog feel very welcome. I was shown around the kennels whilst another member of staff took my dog to play and the kennels are very clean and tidy and the facilities are brilliant! I can't recommend Shelley's kennels enough and my dog can't wait to stay again! Thank you :)”

“Our cat Tilly, always stays here when we go away. Exceptionally friendly staff and the individual 'rooms' the cats stay in are very clean and have little doors which lead to a small outside space. Reasonably priced too. Wouldn't even consider putting Tilly anywhere else.”

Once in with the vet for my cat’s appointment, she gave him a full health check and his vaccination. She was caring and very helpful. “Heather was soo accommodating to help us at the last minute when our plans had changed. She is so organised and plans everything down to the finest details which means you can rest assured your dog is is safe hands. Her property is homely and cosy and her garden is such a great, safe space for dogs to have a sniff around and play. Heather is aware of the unique requirements of different breeds too. The daily updates are soo good, Heather gives you a really good summary of what has happened to put your nerves at rest, as well as few pictures and a map of the walks! Heather even arranged a new dog collar for us! We can thank Heather enough and will be 100% using again. Thanks Heather!”

“From a little anxious rescue dog scared of his own shadow with Sarah and matts loving caring and patient natures Teddy is now happier. He loves his play days, occasional sleepover and drags to get there (a far cry from the first time). Sarah's loving nature makes her a brilliant groomer. We are looking forward to a holiday this year knowing Teddy will enjoy his holiday. We would highly recommend these two to look after your dogs.... Teddy wouldn't be Teddy now without their help.”
