“My three girls went to stay with Colleen in July this year, and they were so well cared for, with home comforts provided, beautiful surroundings to run around in, abd so much love, attention and care. I have spent years putting my girls in kennels whenever I have been on holiday but, after my experience of Pet Getaway, I would not have them anywhere else now. Highly recommend.”

“Absolutely incredible. I cannot recommend Black & Tan enough for any Dachshund owner looking for boarding! Our little sausage Apple has stayed here for a week recently and absolutely loved it. The house is ideal - set well away from any roads, there's a huge secured field for all the dogs to play in with the toys and have a good run around. It's basically Nirvana for them. Nina is fantastic too - always helpful and quick to respond, brilliant in settling Apple in and she sent us plenty of updates on how Apple was doing whilst we were away. Thanks very much, we hope Apple can come back to stay with you again soon!”

“Angela does an amazing job with our dog, Yarra comes back exhausted but very happy! Every time Angela or Jai come to pick her up she is always so excited to go with them and it's easy to see how much she loves them. They have also definitely improved her ability to walk on a lead (used to be pretty much impossible) and her socialisation with other dogs. Thank you so much for looking after her so well.”

“Cam is an absolute Star. I was nervous leaving my pup with another human for the night, especially as he can be quite a high maintenence dog, but Cam put me completely at ease. I was kept updated with pictures of Bilbo relaxed or interacting with a chew. He was kept entertained with enrichment activities and I felt confident that he was happy and cared for. Bilbo loved his sleepover with Aunty Cam, and she will be the first person we will call if we need a dog sitter again. 11/10 - would recommend”

“Highly recommend these kennels. I have an elderly pug and a young boxer who both enjoy their stay here. I like that they are let out to play with other dogs at least twice a day which I feel is important to the dogs mental health. They are always happy when dropped off and when they are collected. Paula and her staff are friendly and helpful.”

“Our cat has stayed at Lovi Pet Hotel twice in the last two months. He was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease in February and we’d already booked two holidays so we knew he’d have to go to a cattery. We spoke to Maria and arranged a visit and were very impressed so Sid was booked in for his holiday. It was the first time Sid had been away from home and Lovi Pet looked after him so well. They managed his medicine and ensured he settled in. The cameras are fantastic to check how he was and it was really reassuring to see him relaxed and at ease. I thoroughly recommend Lovi Pet Hotel to really look after your cats - an outstanding cattery who really love cats. Thank you.”

“Mandi has been walking our dog 3 times a week for 6 months now and we couldn’t recommend her enough. Mandi is absolutely fantastic with our dog, he adores her and is so happy when she knocks at the door. Mandi has built a careful bond with our dog and she has been so understanding about his needs to be solo walked and any other needs that he has. She is so kind and has never let us down in 6 months. She is just a fantastic person and any dog is lucky to be walked by her.”

“We've asked Simeon at Fluffies to cat-sit twice now. Our cat can be a bit of a diva and overly sensitive to change but once he knew what was what with Simeon all was fine. We met Simeon prior to our first booking and he obviously loves cats, so we felt comfortable with our choice. He has also put out/collected our bins and mail for us which helps to make your house look less vacant. His prices are exceptionally reasonable and we have been able to book him at short notice (although obviously try to book in advance if you can). Receiving updates and pics via WhatsApp every day really helps reassure you, especially if you overly worry about your pet.”

It was a very last minute request but Amanda came to do a home visit the very next day and immediately reassured us. Sasha was taken good care of and it was good to know she was in safe hands. “I can't recommend the Doggie House highly enough, everyone is fantastic they really care and love all the dogs that go. We lost our dog in December she had been going to the Doggie house for 8years or so, our new girl wolfie is now going and I know when I leave her she is haveing a great play time. I would definitely recommend the Doggie house.”

From start to finish my entire experience was beyond expectations, from booking the appointment to the explained aftercare every single second of it was exceptional. I recently adopted a cat from Cats Protection and she was in dire need of a good pamper. These guys went above and beyond to ensure Nancy had an incredible experience, every question I had was answered and just gave me such comfort in knowing my cat would be very well looked after, even with the extra attention that Nancy needed it wasn't too much. “I can't recommend Happy Feet enough!! I have an old boy Wilson, who is 13 years old now and I wanted somewhere that I knew he would be treated well and made to feel at home. Diane is lovely and you can tell she genuinely cares about all her visitors. When I went to pick him up after his stay he wouldn't get in the car! That's how well he was treated. “Right from the start, organising walks for my dog was easy with Gemma. She came to my home to go over everything so that she knew all the quirks of my dog and what he needed. Both her and her team are very sweet and accommodating to my sometimes nervous pooch. The service is flexible and easy to book so that it all fits in with what you need. My dog loves his weekly sniffy walks with his new friends.”

“I have used the services of Arkadia dog grooming every 4-5 weeks since opening, with the exception of lockdown! I find the staff to be very professional. The visit starts with a consultation about your requirements for that particular visit with advice and guidance provided where necessary. Each time I have been happy with the quality of the groom provided and although my dog can be a little nervous he seems completely relaxed before and after his visit. In comparison to other companies I have used the prices are really competitive and the products used are really good quality.”
