“Heather was soo accommodating to help us at the last minute when our plans had changed. She is so organised and plans everything down to the finest details which means you can rest assured your dog is is safe hands. Her property is homely and cosy and her garden is such a great, safe space for dogs to have a sniff around and play. Heather is aware of the unique requirements of different breeds too. The daily updates are soo good, Heather gives you a really good summary of what has happened to put your nerves at rest, as well as few pictures and a map of the walks! “After much talking with Cohens H/O, with Gabriella and then on to Mr David Wright, things have finally worked out at the Boston Spa branch who now have a shop manager called Liam. I've wished Liam well with his new role and spoke again with Gabriella, I think it's wonderful that after a short telephone call, all these wonderful changes have now taken effect, it's really lovely to know that you are listened to by a huge Pharmaceutical Group. Most people would think "oh don't bother calling them, they'll take no notice of what you have to say, they're a business afterall", this couldn't be further from the truth. They are excellent communicators, they show empathy and sympathy and it's more than obvious that they care about their customers very much.
