“I visited Sharon at Cheadle Holistic Therapies after experiencing soreness in my lower back during a short visit to Manchester from London. I haven't felt so relaxed since before I was born! Sharon provides a very tranquil environment where you can truly unwind which, for someone like me born with a spring for a backbone, isn't easy! The back, neck and shoulder massage was perfectly tailored to my needs after an initial consultation. Sharon also welcomes feedback during the therapy session to optimise attention in the areas most affected. This really made it effective and the calming music only added to the sense of escapism. It was only towards the end of the visit that I realised that the sound of birdsong did not resonate from the soothing music but from the gardens outside. A truly superior surround sound experience! “Superb food, friendly helpful staff, what more could you ask for? Having not eaten here before we decided to try a few dishes and had the chicken pad Thai, chicken drunken noodles, spring rolls, prawn toast, spicy chicken wings and a king prawn dish whose name escapes me. Oh and prawn crackers with sweet chilli sauce. No complaints at all. The food was stunning and was devoured by the whole family. My daughter was caught off guard by how spicy the pad Thai was but she had a feast of everything else.”

All the staff were lovely and welcoming and I met with both Nadia and Ben who discussed options with me. I decided to opt for orthodontic work first in order to get the best results which isn’t something I had even considered before. The practice provided lots of information including about payment options and I was given the opportunity to consider my options and never felt pressured into any treatment.
